Premier Inn Stratford-Upon-Avon Waterways

Everything fine except for the check in. Hotel insisted that the rooms had not been paid for in advance and that to gain access i would have to pay at the desk I have therefore paid twice for the same booking I have tried Premier Inns complaints line but end up in an endless wild goose chase and no help

Hotel very poor , had no air con in room 133 so was extremely hot all night during our 2 night stay , went down for a drink to be told by hotel staff to bear with us as we have only 2 people taking orders and delivering food for the whole restaurant , obviously putting profits before customer satisfaction , we will not be going back there again in the near future , very poor standards I’m my opinion

I booked a room here because of the location to see the ABBA voyage show. I opted for the Premier plus room to make it more special but in my opinion i wouldn't bother. It isnt worth the extra cost. Two small bottles of water, 2 very small bars of chocolate, 2 coffee pods are not worth it. The room also seemed smaller as did the bed. The breakfast buffet was lukewarm. On booking the room it said parking is available at Westfield for £16 for 24 hours, totally incorrect, it's actually £25. ! None of the staff had a clue about it. Oh and the WiFi was impossible to connect to and the remote control didn't work. It was one of the worst Premier Inn experiences we've had unfortunately. The location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful but just too many negatives.

Lovely Premier Inn. We chose an upgraded room and were very happy with it. Great shower and the bathroom had some clever lighting. We got upgraded wifi which was helpful. Bed was comfy as you would expect at a Premier Inn and the service we received was fab.

Have stayed at this premier inn before. On this visit, the room although premier plus was not the best. Think we may have been spoilt on our previous visit. We stayed Sunday 16th February to 19th February 2025. No parking available on Tuesday 18th February. No where does it say on the blurb that it is first come first served. We were told in no uncertain terms we would have to park elsewhere! Do not advertise parking if it is not available. We now have to be up and moving by 8am Wednesday 19th to move our car. Have to say this has left a very sour taste and we will certainly consider ever staying here again due to the parking. The staff although not their fault were very matter of fact and being told if you book in at 8pm well that's it did not go down well. We had been out to dinner and needed to use the car and as advertised expected to be able to park on our return. Extremely disappointing and will certainly look elsewhere in the future.
